School records and invoices
Attendance, transcript, Arizona standards, a portfolio and ESA-shaped invoices, all from what your kids actually did.
What it is
Attendance counts a school day whenever a block is finished, with minutes by subject. The transcript shows where each kid started and where they are in math, reading and the second language, Bosses beaten, reading speed, and the topics covered. The standards map lists every Arizona standard the lessons cover, marked mastered, practiced or not yet, on evidence only. The portfolio gathers writing, drawings, teach-backs, experiment notes and the Big Aim in their voice. Invoices for a month count the hours from the same record.
Why it helps your kid
Arizona homeschoolers file an affidavit and keep their own records; ESA families need invoices and proof of instruction. This keeps all of it, ready, without paperwork.
Where to find it
