Something's wrong
If something breaks or acts strange, tap Something's wrong. It's recorded with where it happened, so it can be fixed.
What it is
Errors are recorded on their own, with the screen they happened on. Kids and parents can also tap Something's wrong (kids on Me, parents on Family), add a note if they like, and send it. Nothing else about your family is shared, and only Adelante staff can read the log.
Why it helps your kid
Describing a problem is hard; this captures what happened right when it happens.
Where to find it
Kids: Me → Something's wrong. Parents: Family → Something's wrong.
How to do it
- Tap it as soon as something goes wrong, while it's fresh.
- A short note helps: what you tapped and what happened.

A Something's wrong button on Me, and a friendly 'Luna tripped' screen if a page breaks.
